Request deletion of your Kind Act account and associated data

Delete from the app

If you can sign in, the fastest way to delete a consumer account is inside the Kind Act app:

  1. Open the Kind Act app.
  2. Go to the menu or profile area.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your Kind Act account and ask us to delete your account. If you no longer have access to that email address, include the account email and any details that help us verify ownership.

What happens after deletion

When your account is deleted, your account is deactivated and we remove or anonymize the personal data tied to your profile and app content according to our Privacy Policy.

Some records may be retained where the law permits or requires it, such as transaction, order, billing, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records. Shared content such as Kindness Chain history or chat messages may remain visible to other participants with your identity removed.

Business or partner accounts

Business and partner accounts may involve billing, challenge, redemption, tax, or dispute records. Email support@kindact.app if you need help closing a partner account.
